Receiving the TOBB Insurance Experts Executive Committee and representatives of the professional civil society organizations, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the insurance sector will play an important role if Turkey is to prosper and said that the sector still has much to offer in regards to employment and profit.​

Organized Industry Zones Supreme Board (OSBÜK) Chair Cahit Nakıboğlu and the OSBÜK Board Members visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chai Metin Demir and Council Chair Zafer Sağlam visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office.​

The Financial Development Foundation Board of Directors Chair Ayhan Zeytinoğlu and the Board Members delegation accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with the TOBB Board Members accompanying him, visited the Şanlıurfa Commodity Exchange, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and cotton and grain storage facilities.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs meeting presided over by Evrim Aras. Briefed on the activities of the Council, Hisarcıklıoğlu suggested that the Council visit all provinces and to meet with the women entrepreneurs there to receive firsthand information regarding their problems in addition to encouraging them.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the TOBB Turkey Expo Council meeting. Relaying the demands of the sector to Hisarcıklıoğlu, Council Chair Cihat Alagöz requested Hisarcıklıoğlu’s support in attaining “foreign currency earning services” status.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his message of condolence for the journalist and writer Çetin Altan who lost his life, said that Altan was a prominent journalist in Turkish press, a contributor of many years who left an shoes which will be hard to fill.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the Kilis Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors Chairman Mehmet Erdal Öndeş and the delegation accompanying him. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended Hak-İş’ 13th Regular General Assembly and 40th anniversary held at the Atatürk Sports Arena.​
