TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council (KGK) Executive Committee Meeting was held on October 9th, 2017 at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building under the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board Chair Evrim Aras.​

Finalists for the “Women Writing the Future” project launched by TOBB, Turkcell and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, have been announced. The project aims to provide mobile technology training to women and has attracted about 1,400 women in 18 provinces of Turkey.​

The geographical marker of Antakya Künefe, registered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Antakya as a part of the inspection geographically marked products protocol signed between TOBB and TSE, has been completed.​

TOBB Board Member Selçuk Öztürk attended the Serbia-Turkey Business Forum held in Belgrade on October 10th, 2017, as part of the official visit of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to Serbia on October 10-11, 2017.​

The Turkey Cradle of Geographical Markers - Mesopotamia International Symposium organized by the Dicle Development Agency (DIKA) was held in Mardin.​

Speaking at the Turkish-Canadian Business Forum held at TOBB Social Facilities, TOBB Board Member Yahya Toplu stated that they wanted to increase bilateral trade relations with Canada.​

“The Future of Professions towards Industry 4.0” panel was organized at the TOBB Twin Towers with the participation of universities and NGOs under the coordination of Vocational and Technical Education Union (METESEN) under the auspices of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

The geographical marker inspection for the Osmaniye Groundnut, registered by the Osmaniye Commodity Exchange, has been completed as a part of the inspection protocol of geographically marked products signed between TOBB and TSE.​

3,007 capacity reports were approved in September: 812 in İstanbul, 202 in Bursa, 197 in Izmir, 169 in Ankara, 126 in Konya, 112 in Kocaeli, 97 in Gaziantep, 70 in Gaziantep in Kayseri, 67 in Antalya and 65 in Manisa.​

Turkey E-commerce Meetings program was held in Konya by TOBB, Konya Chamber of Commerce, Konya Chamber of Industry and Konya Mercantile Exchange. Attenting the program were TOBB Board Member and Konya Chamber of Commerce Chairman Selçuk Öztürk, TOBB Turkey E-Commerce Council Vice Chair Merter Özdemir and numerous sector representatives.​
