Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

As a part of the Accreditation System efforts, Secretaries general and accreditation officers of the Chambers/Exchanges of 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th and 10th terms received preparatory training on the 17th and 18th of July, 2017.​

The number of newly established companies, cooperatives and the number of sole proprietorships decreased 3,35% , 5,43% , 16,28% with respect to the previous month.​

TOBB MEYBEM Vocational Qualification and Examination Centers, established as an affiliate of TOBB to provide examination and certification services in all Turkey regarding hazardous and extremely hazardous professions, changed its logo as a part of its institutionalization efforts.​

38,477 people visited the SME Information Site in June of 2017. The number of visitors to the site from July 2016 to June 2017 (1 year) was 522,656. ​

As a part of the “81 Academic Advisors for 81 Provinces” Project carried out by TOBB since 2014, the ninth in a series of joint meetings of the chambers and the stock exchanges continued hosted by the Kızıltepe Commodity Exchange.​

TOBB and the US Chamber of Commerce organized the Health Sector Workshop at the TOBB Twin Towers.​

TOBB Turkey Petroleum and Petroleum Products Industry Council Meeting was held with the participation of representatives of public institutions, private sector and non-governmental organizations at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building under Council Chair Ahmet Erdem.​

TOBB Board Member Treasurer Faik Yavuz attended the presentation ceremony of the EU Geographical Marker Certificate of Malatya apricot.​

International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Turkey National Committee of the 63rd General Assembly Meeting was held at the Istanbul TOBB service building.​

Speaking at the 55th Ordinary General Assembly of the IKV held at the TOBB Plaza, Ali Kopuz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB, stated that the IKV has made significant contributions to the development of EU-Turkey relations and that TOBB will always support IKV.​
