President of the umbrella organization of employers, TOBB, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the representative of the workers, Türk-İş Chairman Ergün Atalay visited the memorial built for the workers who lost their lives in the mining catastrophe in Soma and prayed for them. During the visit on Qadr Night, prayers were offered beseeching that a similar disaster would never happen again.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with Türk-İş Chairman Ergün Atalay, attended the iftar hosted by the Akhisar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Commodity Exchange on Qadr Night. Stressing the importance of unity and solidarity in attaining grace and prosperity, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Allah preserve the unity and solidarity of our country. Our unity is the key to prosperity and plenty.”​

In his celebratory message for Qadr Night, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the night in which the Holy Quran began to be relayed, the holy night of Qadr, is more blessed than a thousand months and said, “Qadr Night is a special night where Muslims venerate the Great Creator above all and ask forgiveness; a night wherein gates of grace and prosperity are opened wide. It is a great opportunity to illuminate our hearts.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Alaplı Chamber of Commerce and Industry and spoke with Alaplı TSO Chair Recep Ocak and the council members.​

Turkey Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED) Vice Chair and TOBB Tourism Council President Osman Ayık and the TÜROFED administrators accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu for iftar.​

Kyrgyzstan’s Ambassador to Ankara Prof. Dr. İbrahim Cunusov visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Kayseri Parliament Members at the iftar hosted at TOBB.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the iftar meal hosted by the Association of Installation, Construction and Industry Suppliers (TİMKODER), stating that the construction sector is the driving force of Turkey’s economy.​

TOBB President and TOBB ETU Board of Trustees Chairman M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received a group of students who scored highly in the university exams at his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu chatted with the students, asking about their thoughts for the future; he stressed the importance of education.​
