Turkish entrepreneurs research investment opportunities in China
The businessmen who went to China with the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, under TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu’s lead assessed investment and cooperation opportunities. The 300 strong committee traveled to china under the organization of DEİK and coordinated by the Ministry of Economy consists of ministers, parliament members, bureaucrats, NGO presidents, businessmen, academics and press. Visits were made to Urumqi, Peking and Shanghai.

Hisarcıklıoğlu warns at ICCI Plenary Meeting: Unless we increase trade and investments we will lose
Businessmen from 57 Islamic countries met in İstanbul. Speaking at the Plenary Meeting of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, TOBB President and ICCI Vice President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu drew attention to the fact that countries which don’t increase their bilateral trade and investments will be the ones to lose in the new era. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Islamic geography is footing the bill for conflict and tension; he defended that if these resources weren’t wasted, there would be no hunger in the world.

Speaking at the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) Board Meeting, TOBB President and ICCI Board Vice President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that being prepared for change is the key to success and said, “As parts of the Islamic world we must be aware of our surroundings. We must notice the transformation.”

TOBB will take businessmen from Islamic countries to TRNC for investments
The 28th Plenary Meeting of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation, of which TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu is the Vice President, will be held between the 8th and the 11th of April in İstanbul. The TRNC Investment Forum will be held at Girne on the 12th and 13th of April.

We must implement the new constitution in order to reach our goals
Trabzon discussed the new constitution. Emphasizing that they have set up great goals for the year 2023, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We will make every citizen of this country rich, we will increase the per capita income to 25,000 Dollars. Every citizen of this country will live in equal standards with those of the European Union.”

Licensed warehousing and specialized product exchanges were assessed during the meeting hosted by the TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Attending the meeting were Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan, Customs and Commerce Minister Hayati Yazıcı, Food, Agriculture and Livestock Minister Mehdi Eker, SPK President Vedat Akgiray, İMKB President İbrahim Turhan, TMO Board Chairman and General Director Mesut Köse, TOBB Board Vice President Faik Yavuz, TOBB Board Member Mustafa Yardımcı, exchange directors and many bureaucrats.
