Full support for Hisarcıklıoğlu from 365 chambers and exchanges
The petitions signed by 365 chambers and exchanges from all over Turkey, petitioning to have M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu elected as TOBB President again have been handed over to the TOBB General Assembly President Osman Yıldırım. İstanbul Chamber of Commerce President İbrahim Çağlar and the chamber presidents representing the 7 regions of Turkey announced during a press conference that they wish to see M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu as TOBB President again.

365 Chamber and Exchange Presidents met for iftar
The Presidents of the 365 Chambers and Exchanges affiliated with the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) came together for an iftar meal which was also attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Customs and Commerce Minister Hayati Yazıcı.

Marmara Region chamber and exchange presidents’ meeting
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the presidents of the chambers and exchanges of the Marmara Region met at the TOBB Union Center. Exchanging views with the chamber/exchange presidents regarding the issues of the business world, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu informed them of TOBB’s works.

The Black Sea Chamber and Exchange Presidents visit TOBB
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Presidents of the Chambers and Exchanges of the Black Sea Region at the TOBB Union Center. In his presentation at the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu provided information regarding TOBB’s activities and projects. Stating that, in regards to the Region’s demand for the old Law #5084, Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that a new law, Law #5510, has entered into effect regarding employment incentives. Hisarcıklıoğlu said that they are able to take advantage of this.

Publishing a message in regards to the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The month of Ramadan is a chance to attain peace, prosperity and the grace of the great Allah. We must carry on the spirit of cooperation and solidarity in this blessed month.”

TOBB Board of Directors visited TBMM Speaker Çiçek
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the TOBB Board of Directors members accompanying him paid a courtesy visit to Cemil Çiçek to congratulate him on his reelection to the office of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). Wishing the best in the new term to Çiçek, Hisarcıklıoğlu also thanked him for the wisdom and common sense he exercised in the last term.
