Hisarcıklıoğlu: The secret of the residents of Kayseri is unity and solidarity

Speaking at the “Ancient City of Kayseri Publicity Days” held at ATO Congresium which was also attended by the President of the Republic Abdullah Gül, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that the residents of Kayseri flock to help each other when the need arises and went on, “That is our greatest treasure.”​ ​

TOBB will construct a science high school and dormitory in Polatlı

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Polatlı Commodity Exchange will construct a 24 classroom Science High School in Polatlı, Ankara as well as a dormitory for 300 students. The protocol for the school and dormitory was signed by TOBB, Polatlı Commodity Exchange and the Ankara Governorship at the ceremony held at the TOBB Towers.​ ​

Hisarcıklıoğlu shares the pride of the 60th anniversary with ATO council members

Addressing the members of the ATO council at the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Council Meeting regarding TOBB’s 60th Anniversary, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We are working without surcease to open the way for the Turkish private sector.” Hisarcıklıoğlu said that the Turkish chambers system has become an example for the whole world.​ ​

“The great master Erol Günaydın will live on in the hearts of his people”

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu made an announcement regarding the passing of the master theatre actor Erol Günaydın: “We are grieved by the loss of a great artist who contributed greatly to Turkish theatre and television for over half a century. The name, Erol Günaydın, will live on forever in the hearts of this nation; it will not be forgotten.”​ ​

Speaking at the introductory meeting of “Safahat – The Complete Poetry Collection of Mehmet Akif Ersoy” as part of TOBB’s 60th anniversary activities, TOBB President M. We are ready to share our experiences with Kazakhstan

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Kazakhstan Ambassador to Ankara, Prof. Dr. Canseyit Tüymebayev for lunch. During the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that Kazakhstan is not just a friend, but a brother while Ambassador Tüymebayev relations with Kazakhstan have improved in terms of strategy and economy and that it is quite pleasing that TOBB has contributed so largely to it.​ ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, promising support to Serbian State Minister Süleyman Ugljanin and the Serbian Ambassador to Ankara Dusan Spasojevic for their industrial zones, said, “We can start promoting the investment opportunities to the businessmen in Turkey right away.”​ ​
