During his speech at the “Towards a Global Steering Mechanism” Plenary Conference held by B20 as a part of G20 Sessions which took place in Washington D.C., USA, TOBB and B20 Turkey Chair M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they do not want to be attending the G20 Summit in Antalya in November with just a long list of wishes.​

In the US for B20 Plenary Meetings, TOBB President and B20 Turkey Chair M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Turkey’s G20 and B20 Chairmanship is being met with admiration throughout the world. Hisarcıklıoğlu said that those who expressed doubt in Turkey at its election as Chair had changed to bafflement and surprise in just three and a half months, “We are revolutionizing B20.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the New York based Turkish-American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TACCI) President Ali Koçak and Board Members.​

In Washington D.C. for G20 meetings, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the leader of the Uyghur Turks, Rabia Kadir.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Turkish – American Council (ATC) and attended their Board Meeting.​

In the US for G20 meetings, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met withUS House of Representatives North Carolina Member Virginia Foxx.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with members of the press as part of his US visit.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in a statement for the Blessed Birth Week, said that the Prophet (PBUH) is the best guide for an ethical and wise life.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that the reduction of the Resource Utilization Incentive Fund (KKDF) cuts to zero have been met with gratitude. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “For years, we have talked about the KKDF burden on every platform; its removal will increase the investment and financial opportunities of our industrialists.”​

In a message in regards to the 170th anniversary of the foundation of the Turkey Police Department, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that police are the stalwart protectors of the democratic order and said, “Acting to fulfill their duty heroically and through self-sacrifice, our police are the apple in the eye of our nation. If rules and laws are to be obeyed, police are its arteries.”​
