TOBB Board Member Salih Zeki Murzioğlu, within the official visit to Republic of Belarus by Minister of Science Industry and Technology Dr Faruk Özlü on 12th -15th December 2017, attended Belarus-Turkey Innovation Forum on 14th December 2017 organised in cooperation with TOBB and Belarus National Technical University.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Soil Industry Products Council met at TEPAV under the chairmanship of Council President Kadir and participation of private sector and concerning nongovernmental organisations representatives.​

The number of newly established companies decreased by 0,56% while the number of sole proprietorships and cooperatives increased by 0,42% , 27,27% with respect to the previous month.​

Turkey Education Council Presidency Council paid a visit to President of ÖSYM Prof Dr Mahmut Özer to convey their best wishes for his new duty. ​

In order to develop suggestions for train qualified human resources who shall increase added value to informatics and communication sectors TOBB Turkey Software Council organised “Qualified Manpower for Informatics Workshop”.​

TOBB Arbitration Council met in Union headquarters. Agenda items of the Council had been evaluated.​

TOBB Vice President Ender Yorgancılar, during the speech he delivered at the award ceremony of Sectoral Performance Assessment organised by Kocaeli Chamber of Industry, stated that despite all the experienced problems it was very fortunate for the country to have firms that are dedicated their businesses and also achieved to improve their businesses while managed to survive. ​

TOBB Vice President Halim Mete, during the speech he made at conference for “Facilitation of Custom Procedures” organised by in cooperation with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Turkey National Committee and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) stating that ICC being the largest business establishment working for increasing trade volume and investments, also said that ICC, in time bringing private sector representatives from different countries under the same roof, become a reference authority for world trade enhancement and eliminating obstacles to trading. ​

TOBB Turkey Paper and Paper Products Industry Council meeting held in TOBB Twin Towers under the chairmanship of Council President Erdal Sükan as well as participation by private and public sector representatives.​
