Publishing a message in regards to 75th anniversary of the passing of the Great Leader Veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that Atatürk was an exemplary commander and statesmen who greatly influenced his day.​

In his speech at the Turkey – Poland Business Forum held in Warsaw, TOBB/DEİK President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they have come together as the two dynamic stars of the European economy, succeeding in breaking growth records while the economies of Europe struggle with crises.​

TOBB/DEİK President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the Turkey – Sweden Business Forum, said, “Today, Turkey is one of the most important actors with its competitive economy driven by sustainable growth.”​

Speaking at the Turkey – Finland Business Forum which took place in Helsinki, TOBB/DEİK President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the economic relations between turkey and Finland were not at the level they deserved to be and invited Finnish companies to invest in Turkey.​

The Vice President of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and the President of TOBB M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the TOBB Board Vice President İbrahim Çağlar attended the 18th Board Meeting of ICCIA, 15th Private Sector Meeting, 7th Businesswomen Forum, D-8 Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) as well as the 14th Trade Fair.​

Publishing a message in regards to the 90th anniversary October 29th Republic Day, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that our people look to the future with hope thanks to the values of the Republic, democracy, unity and solidarity.​

The protocol for the construction of a kindergarten, primary school, middle school and science high school has been signed between TOBB and the Abdullah Gül University (AGU) Support Foundation in the presence of the President of the Republic of Turkey, Abdullah Gül.​

As a part of their USA meetings for Turkey Investment Week, TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Prime Minister Deputy Ali Babacan attended the opening of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). The CME started the day off with an increase.​

TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended a round table meeting organized by the Seattle World Business Council as a part of his USA business tour.​

As part of the Turkey Investment Week activities in the USA, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Prime Minister Deputy Ali Babacan and a delegation of businessmen visited the tech giants of the Silicon Valley in San Francisco.​
