With the New Turkish Commercial Code and the Code of Obligations, a new curtain for the economy is raised.
During the opening of the New Turkish Commercial Code (TCC) seminar held in the Union’s Headquarters, the Chairman of TOBB, Mr. Rifat HISARCIKLIOGLU stated that, “the New Turkish Commercial Code and the New Code of Obligations are the constitutions of industrialists, merchants and tradesmen. We therefore give great importance to both codes.” He further stated, “In 2011, it is impossible to continue further with a car from the 1950.”

We are able to make food and drink sector one of the pioneering sectors in terms of employment and export
Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of TOBB speaking during the workshop on “Implementation and Effects of the Bio –safety law on the sector” drawn under the support of TOBB and in coordination with “Turkish Food Industry Assembly” and “Turkish Drink Industry Assembly”, said that “by means of correct planning and correct supports, we are able to make food and drink sector one of the pioneering sectors in terms of employment and export”.

We should award a medal to all businessmen!
