Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Australian Ambassador James Larsen visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. During the meeting an exchange of information in regards to the taking on of the G20 and B20 term presidency from Australia.​

Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TATSO) President Rolf A. Königs, along with the TATSO Board Vice President and Board TOBB Representative Engin Koyuncu and TATSO Board Accounting Member Adem Çakır visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at the TOBB Union Center.​

Publishing a message in regards to the AK Party Presidency and Prime Minister Candidacy of the Foreign Affairs Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Davutoğlu, “I congratulate Mr. Davutoğlu who will, in regards to his candidacy, continue to serve the country in a different capacity. I wish for his continued contributions in service to the country.”​

TESK, Turkey Employer Syndicates Confederation (TİSK), Hak-İş, Memur-Sen, Turkey Kamu-Sen, Union of Turkish Chambers of Agriculture (TZOB), Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD), Turkey Exporters Council (TİM), Türk-İş and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Presidents and representatives held a joint press meeting in regards to the events taking place in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Çayeli, Ardeşen and Pazar Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TSO) as well as the Rize Commodity Exchange (TO).​

Britain’s Ambassador to Turkey, Richard Moore visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. Congratulating TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu on his election to B-20 Turkey Executive Council Presidency, Ambassador Moore said, “We support you in the matter of B-20.”​

In his message regarding the passing Beşiktaş’ legendary president, Süleyman Seba, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Seba has left an indelible mark on Turkish sports which will never be forgotten.​

Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Metin Güler and the Board Members accompanying him and the Ödemiş Chamber of Commerce President Kasım Sevin visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at the Union Center separately.​

Iranian Minister of Industry, Commerce and Mining Rıza Nematzade visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Reporting that there is a sharp drop in bilateral trade figures in comparison to the previous year, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the need for two sister countries to be able to engage in commerce unhindered.​

Presidential Candidate Ekmeleddin İhsanoğlu visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the Board of Directors. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his speech that Turkey needs to come together around joint goals of a richer and a more free country, “In order to reach these goals we must ensure peace and prosperity without excluding a single person.”​
