Shame on those who place their hopes on violence and terror
In his speech regarding the explosion in Kızılay, Ankara which caused the deaths of 3 and injured 34 and the attack in Siirt where 4 lost their lives while 2 people were injured, the TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they condemned any and all violent attacks that cost the lives of innocents, saying, “Shame on those who place their hopes on violence and terror.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu requested freedom of movement for businessmen
Speaking at the Turkish-German Business Forum in Berlin, Germany, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that businessmen, whose goods were free to roam, did not have freedom of movement and that they expected this issue to be resolved.

Brazil has become an important market for Turkish businessmen
Brazilian Ambassador Marcelo Jardim met with the TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu for dinner. During the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that Brazilian President Dilma Roussef’s visit to Turkey in October is very gratifying. He stated that Brazil, the rising star of the Latin Americas, has increasingly become attractive to Turkish men and as a result, has become an important market.

We must favor the prosperity of future generations over the upcoming elections
