Call for unity and solidarity from Hisarcıklıoğlu to the Turks in France
Conducting meetings all day in France to prevent the passing of the bill which outlaws the denial of the Armenian genocide in Paris, TOBB, TÜSİAD and Turkish Grand National Assembly Foreign Affairs Delegation met in the Turkish Consulate, calling out to the Turks living in France to “Unite”.

Kırşehir TSO opens new service building
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the new service building of the Kırşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stating that agriculture used to be limited to subsistence, said, “Farming is now done for profit. We need to run inventory on our agriculture first. To date we still have no idea who is producing what. This can’t work unless we know how much of what goods we are producing.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu, visiting the French Ambassador, “Economic relations may suffer”
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the French Ambassador to Turkey, Laurent Bili. Relaying his reservations on the bill, stating that, “The denial of a genocide recognized by French law is punishable by law with a prison sentence of one year and a 45,000 Euro fine,” which is on the French parliament’s agenda, Hisarcıklıoğlu warned that Turkey-France economic relations may suffer as a result.
