TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited CHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli with the representatives of NGOs which form the European Union Joint Advisory Committee.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and NGO representatives of the EU Joint Advisory Council accompanying him visited the home of the 9th President of the Republic of Turkey, the late Süleyman Demirel on Güniz Street.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu with the representatives of NGOs which form the European Union Joint Advisory Council.​

In his press release regarding the passing of the 9th President of the Republic of Turkey, Süleyman Demirel, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed his sorrow for the loss of an experienced politician who served many years as Minister, Prime Minister and President of the Republic, “A symbol of the political world. May Allah’s grace be upon all who served this country and its people. May the grace of Allah be upon him.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his press release regarding the passing of Sümer Tilmaç that he was a treasured artist who contributed greatly to Turkish cinema and will be remembered with love and longing.​

UMEM Ability’10 courses opening in May will provide employment to 1,500 people. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that 115 UMEM Ability’10 courses opening in the May 2015 term will provide vocational training to approximately 1,500 people and those successful will find employment at the end of the course.​

Speaking at the Congress of the World Chambers Federation which represents 12,000 chambers of commerce and industry, B20 Turkey Chair and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that SMEs are the only way to sustain growth, urging all chamber presidents to act with this in mind.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stressed that the new resource of the necessary growth could not be considered independent of innovation in production and exports, “The most important factor of Turkey’s new story should be to rapidly increase the ratio of high technology in our industry. This is a must-have for sustainable growth.”​
