A new constitution is must for Turkey
The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The present system in Turkey is obsolete and decayed. This is why a new constitution is a must for Turkey.”

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu: “We condemn terror which thrives on crimes against humanity”
In his message regarding the heinous attack in Diyarbakır which resulted in the death of 13 and wounded 7 of our soldiers, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that terror was a crime against humanity and that those who committed it would not be allowed to threaten the unity and solidarity of this country, but would go down in history as the perpetrators of these vile acts.
