Mothers are the source of love
In his Mothers’ Day message, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that mothers’ love has no comparison, “If love and beauty are to save the world, the source will undoubtedly be our mothers. A foundation of healthy, successful and honest social structure can only be constructed with love for mothers and children at its heart.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the IAC meeting
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 7th Investment Advisory Council (IAC) for Turkey Meeting held at the Prime Ministry Office in Dolmabahçe. Hisarcıklıoğlu also attended the breakfast along with the Minister of Economy Çağlayan and the members of the IAC.

Van has thrown of its pall, now is the time for promotion

Newly appointed Ambassador to Azerbaijan Coşkun’s visit to TOBB
Alper Coşkun, appointed as Turkey’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, who will assume his duties on August 15th, 2012 visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that they have always regarded Azerbaijan as a friend and brother country while Ambassador Coşkun stated that he would do his utmost to further good relations with Azerbaijan.

Major opportunities for bilateral trade affairs between Turkey and the USA
Speaking at the 8th meeting of the Turkey-USA Economic Partnership Commission (EOK), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out the enormous potential and opportunity for bilateral trade affairs between Turkey and the USA and said, “In order to seize upon these opportunities we should implement education and awareness raising activities in the short term while we implement structural reforms for mid-to-long term. Opportunities of equal significance exist for bilateral investments as they do for trade.”

All of our hearts beat for a stronger Turkey
