In his May 19th Atatürk Commemoration, Youth and Sports Day message, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that the power to carry our country to the peak of civilization among the countries of the world in all fields from economy to democracy is to be found in the youth.

Hisarcıklıoğlu: Our sorrow for the martyrs who sacrifice their lives so that ours may go on is immense
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu made statement regarding our soldiers who were martyred in a confrontation with terrorist forces in the Amanos Mountains in Hatay. Condemning the violence of terror, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “It is impossible to put into words the dearness and the place in our hearts our soldiers hold who sacrificed their lives so that our lives may continue, for our unity and solidarity. Our sorrow is immense.”

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the members of the Bitlis TSO
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the businessmen of the city during the meeting held by the Bitlis Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bitlis TSO). In his speech, Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrated the 60th anniversary of the founding of TOBB with the entrepreneurs of Bitlis, whom he urged to work towards attracting investors to Bitlis.

Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the champion, Galatasaray
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the Galatasaray football team in attaining the championship in the Spor-Toto Super League’s 2011-2012 season. In his message, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that a team spirit and being part of a cohesive whole has brought success, “I believe that Galatasaray will continue its success and congratulate them again.”

Prime Minister attended the opening of the TOBB Science High School
The Science High School built by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in Rize was opened with a ceremony attended by the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Customs and Commerce Minister Hayati Yazıcı and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.
