TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with Minister for Science, Industry and Technology Fikri Işık and Minister for Development Cevdet Yılmaz, visited the Diyarbakır Organized Industry Zone and attended the opening of the Mina Galvanized Works Factory.​

The third Domestic Product Certification Introduction and Support for SMEs / Women and Youth Entrepreneurs Meeting was held in Diyarbakır and attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Development Minister Cevdet Yılmaz and Science, Industry and Technology Minister Fikri Işık.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kayserispor during his Kayseri tour, who guaranteed their transition to Spor Toto Super League by becoming champion in the PTT 1st League.​

During his Kayseri tour, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Kayseri Organized Industry Zone Board of Directors President Tahir Nursaçan, newly elected at the OIZ's13th General Assembly to congratulate him.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Greater Kayseri Municipality Mayor Mustafa Çelik and Kocasinan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Çolakbarakdar at their respective offices.​

In his press release regarding Miraj Kandil, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Miraj is ascension, “It is the ascension of the Prophet Muhammed beyond all mortal faults, may its anniversary bring beneficence to all Muslims.”​

Attending the Future in Kayseri Award Ceremony in Kayseri, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Kayseri’s success and development is built on unity and solidarity, saying, “Kayseri’s development is textbook-worthy.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they will turn Yassıada into a monument to Turkey’s democratization process where domestic and foreign guests will be hosted, “From now on, Yassıada will be remembered for hope instead of sorrow. Those who visit here will know what difficulties we had to overcome as a country to get where we are.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Bosnia Herzegovina Chamber of Foreign Commerce as a part of his Sarajevo visit.​
