Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Free Zones Council meeting was held via video-conference with the participation of TOBB Vice President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu and TOBB Board Member M. Cihat Lokmanoğlu under the chairmanship of Assembly President Edvar Mum.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Retail Council Meeting was held by video conference method with the intense interest of senior representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations under the chairmanship of the Council President Alp Önder Özpamukçu.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Textile Industry Council meeting was held under the chairmanship of Zeki Kıvanç, TOBB Board Member Responsible for the Council, and Council President Adil Sani Konukoğlu, with the wide participation of sector stakeholders to evaluate the current developments of the sector.​

Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Council Meeting was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Council President Kutlu Karavelioğlu, with the participation of Mehmet Büyüksimitci, TOBB Board Member responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee held a video conference with the participation of TOBB Vice President Tamer Kıran and TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Health Services Council held its first meeting of the year via video conferencing with the participation of TOBB Board of Directors Member Öztürk Oran, Council President Banu Küçükel, Deputy General Director of General Health Insurance İsmail Hakkı Çakır and Council Members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Fairs Committee met under the chairmanship of TOBB Vice President Salih Zeki Murzioğlu. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Technology Meetings were held at TOBB Twin Towers under the auspices of TOBB in cooperation with the E-commerce Center and the Association of Women in Technology (Wtech). The 86th stop of Türkiye’s most influential event chain is Ankara, and this year’s main topic of the event was ‘Digital Affairs’.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Acclimatization Council Meeting was held in Ankara under the chairmanship of Council President Zeki Poyraz.​

During the first three months of the year 2023 the number of newly established Companies and the number of cooperatives increased by 8,0% and 58,5% while the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 3,8% with respect to the same period of the year 2022.​
