Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) met with the participation of TOBB Vice President Selçuk Öztürk and Ministry of Commerce Director General of Internal Trade Adem Başar, chaired by Ozan Acar, Turkey e-Commerce Council President.​

A business visit to Kayseri and Nevşehir was organized as a part of the Turkey-EU Business Dialogue Project conducted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and EUROCHAMBRES.​

The Tax Advisory Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) convened via video conference on March 22, 2022 under the chairmanship of Council President Fatih Dural. ​

On the second day of the ICC Turkey – TOBB ETU Entrepreneurship Days Program, a session titled “Global Success Story,” was held, moderated by TOBB Turkey Venture Capital Council Member Ussal Şahbaz.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council Value-Adding Women Entrepreneurs 39th Meeting was held with TOBB İstanbul and TOBB Kayseri Women Entrepreneur Boards.​

Within the scope of ICC Turkey – TOBB ETU Entrepreneurship Days Program, TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department Head A. Saygın Baban gave a presentation about the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Turkey. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkish Natural Gas Council held its first meeting of the year under the chairmanship of Council President İbrahim Akbal with the participation of TOBB Vice President Selçuk Öztürk.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Beverage Industry Council convened with the participation of TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay, chaired by Council President Ozan Diren.​

Within the scope of chamber/exchange accreditation system studies, Process Management and Risk Management Training for 15th and 16th Term Chambers/Exchanges, which are in the accreditation process, was held at TOBB Twin Towers on March 17-18, 2022.​

The activities carried out by TOBB Information Services Department within the framework of the Qualified Orientation Program of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) employees were introduced. Detailed information about the Information Services Directorate, Software Directorate, T. Trade Registry Newspaper Directorate and Information Retrieval Directorate activities operating within the Department was made by Mert Dayanır, Gökhan Mirahmetoğlu and Oskonbek Abdraimov respectively.​
