National e-Government Strategy and Action Plan Project Introduction Meeting

TOBB Board Member Şahin Bilgiç attended the 2015-2019 National e-Government Strategy and Action Plan Project Introduction Meeting held at the Ankara JW Marriott Hotel.​

Minister of Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communication Lütfi Elvan reported that the information and communication sector has grown consistently grown by an average of 10% each year in the last 12 years and the number of e-government memberships have increased by 25% in the last year with many documents able to be obtained via the e-government site.

 

TÜBİTAK Chairman Yücel Altunbaşak and Communication Director General Mustafa Koç also spoke during the meeting, providing information on various issues concerning e-government implementations.
