The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Rize Governor Kemal Çeber at his office together with TOBB Board Members. Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Governor Çeber with the book "Turks in the First World War" published by TOBB. ​
