Visit to Greater Kayseri and Kocasinan Municipalities

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Greater Kayseri Municipality Mayor Mustafa Çelik and Kocasinan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Çolakbarakdar at their respective offices.​

Expressing his belief that Çelik will continue his success in the private sector as Mayor as well as carrying the baton he took over from Mayor Özhaseki even further during the visit in which he was accompanied by TOBB Board Members; Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they are ready to provide all the support they can as natives of Kayseri in Ankara.

Çelik stated that he would continue to serve the greater municipality of Kayseri as he had in Kocasinan, pointing out that Mayor Özhaseki had set the bar quite high and that he would work to attain and surpass this success. Thanking Hisarcıklıoğlu for his attention and visit, Çelik expressed appreciation for Hisarcıklıoğlu’s offer of support in Ankara.

Following the speeches, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Mayor Çelik with a copy of the Book of Dede Korkut compiled and printed by TOBB.

- Kocasinan Municipality

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, during his visit to the Kocasinan Municipality, pointed out how fortunate Kocasinan is to have a mayor with a background in trade and industry as well as technical knowledge.

Wishing Kocasinan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Çolakbayrakdar success at his new post, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Çolakbayrakdar’s election following the mayoralties of Bekir Yıldız and Mustafa Çelik is fitting for Kocasinan and that they are ready to provide all the support they can in Ankara.

Çolakbayrakdar expressed gratitude for the visit by Hisarcıklıoğlu and TOBB Board Members and stated that they are working diligently to bring progress to Kocasinan.

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Mayor Çolakbayrakdar with a copy of the Book of Dede Korkut with 15th century script and Turkish translation after which he signed the municipality memorial ledger.
