“The martyring of the Prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz in yesterday’s terror attack at the İstanbul House of Justice has saddened us deeply.

I vehemently denounce and condemn this despicable attack on a prosecutor sworn to uphold justice. This act of terror is a crime against humanity. It is impossible to explain terror’s ugly visage with human values.

On behalf of the Turkish business community we extend our condolences to the family of the deceased and the judiciary community; we pray for the grace of Allah upon Mehmet Selim Kiraz.”
