In a research conducted on over 2,000 newspapers and periodicals published on a national, regional and local scale, news regarding the statistical data provided by TOBB was mentioned in 2010 articles.

It was noted that the news referencing TOBB’s data on newly established and closed company numbers and research on dishonored checks found wide mention in the press.

TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu’s statements were mentioned in over 470 news articles in the economy pages while his statements regarding dishonored checks, a grievous wound for the economy, were among the news which garnered the greatest interest.
