The opening speeches of the seminar were given by TOBB Vice President Selçuk Özturk and Public Procurement Authority President Hamdi Gülec, while the information panel was attended by Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, Head of the Real Sector R&D and Implementation Department, Cahit Ceren, Director of SME Research and Consultancy Center, Specialist Celal Şahbudak and Expert Sinem Danışman from the Public Procurement Authority.

Following the panel, the questions of SMEs were answered.
