We will not forget the press martyrs lost in the Van earthquake

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu released a condolence message for the Doğan News Agency journalists Cem Emir, Sebahattin Yılmaz and our citizens.
Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We will remember the names of the journalists working to serve our people’s right to news with admiration and respect.”
In his message, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said;
“Just as everyone else we’ve lost in the Van and Erciş earthquakes, we deeply feel the loss of the Doğan News Agency journalists who lost their lives in the Bayram Hotel which collapsed.
Our nation and press history will always remember these two journalists who have lost their lives in pursuit of their professing when we have come together as 147 civil society and profession organizations for Van during this catastrophe with admiration and respect.
On behalf of the Turkish business world I pray for the grace of Allah upon our journalist friends and present my condolences to their families, Doğan News Agency and the whole journalism community.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu sent a separate condolence message to Doğan News Agency Direct Uğur Cebeci.
