The opening of the meeting was attended by TOBB Deputy Secretary General Ali Emre Yurdakul, Deputy Undersecretary of Customs and Commerce İsmail Yücel, Customs and Commerce Domestic Trade Director Adnan Yankın and Customs and Commerce Domestic Trade Deputy Director Adem Başar.

During the meeting, information regarding the renewed applications of the Central Registry System (MERSÄ°S), which has been renewed in its technological infrastructure and software development which will be implemented in all commercial registry offices in March as well as problems experienced in implementation in commercial registry transactions was presented.
