Cengiz Günay emphasized that the sector is strategic, both in terms of adding value to the country’s economy and directly impacting human health, and spoke about the importance of the Council’s work.

Günay highlighted the value that the Sustainable Innovation and Green Legislation Conference, to be held on October 21, 2025, will create for the sector, stating that it will demonstrate how responsive and prepared the Turkish cosmetics and cleaning products industry is to global developments.

The meeting addressed regulatory developments concerning the EU Cosmetics Regulation, biocidal products, medical devices, KKDIK, and the Digital Product Passport.

The meeting concluded with information about the Sustainable Innovation and Green Legislation Conference to be held on October 21, 2025, in collaboration with TOBB and KTSD.
