In Kayseri for the Future of Kayseri Meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with the Minister of Economy Mustafa Elitaş and former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Taner Yıldız, visited Kayseri Governor Orhan Düzgün and Kayseri Greater Municipality Director Mustafa Çelik.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the way to provide employment and sustenance to people is through entrepreneurship during his speech at the MÜSİAD 5th International Young Business People Congress. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that dreaming, setting goals, hard work, relentlessness, risk taking and innovation are very important for entrepreneurship.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the third day of the 22nd Türk-İş General Assembly which hosted Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu. Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu stated that they would take Turkey even further ahead.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu hosted the Diyarbakır Commodity Exchange Board of Directors Chairman Engin Yeşil and the delegation accompanying him at his office. ​

TOBB and Union of African Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Professions (UACCIAP) have kicked off the “Road Show: Discovering Africa” along with the embassies of African countries in Turkey in order to facilitate the participation of Turkish companies in the African market, enabling them to be more active in the market.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 22nd General Assembly of Türk-İş which hosted the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.​

In his message regarding the December 3rd United Nations' International Day of Persons with Disabilities, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that a society which doesn’t show consideration with its persons with disabilities cannot be considered civilized, “The greatest disability in society is the lack of reciprocal love.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the cocktail for TÜSİAD High Advisory Council Meeting held in Ankara.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Minister for Development Cevdet Yılmaz at his office along with chamber and exchange presidents from Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, extending well wishes for his new appointment.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with TOBB General Assembly Commission and Councils. Stating that TOBB has become a model institution, Hisarcıklıoğlu gave his assessment regarding items on the business community’s agenda.​
