Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, received the Chairman of the Kastamonu Commodity Exchange Board of Directors, Serdar İzbeli, the Chairman of the Assembly, Tarık Altıkulaç, Board Member Ercüment Kaya, Secretary General Emre Üzer, and the Founder and General Manager of the Kartal Foundation, Aynur Aksoy, at his office. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), welcomed Ambassador Yaprak Balkan, who has been appointed as Türkiye’s Permanent Representative to the European Union, at the TOBB Twin Towers. During the meeting, Türkiye-EU relations were discussed. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu welcomed Abdullah Başoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Devrek Chamber of Commerce and Industry, at his office. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce President Shamil Agayev and First Vice President Elena Fayzrahmanova at TOBB Twin Towers. ​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, visited the President of the Directorate of Religious Affairs, Prof. Dr. Safi Arpaguş, to convey his congratulations. The visit was also attended by the Chairman of the Credit Guarantee Fund Board of Directors, Erdoğan Özegen, and the Secretary General of TOBB, Mustafa Saraçöz. ​

In a written statement, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), pointed out that unregulated e-imports pose serious risks for both consumers and SMEs, and stated that he considers the measures taken in this regard to be appropriate.​

The Joint Meeting of the TOBB Board of Directors, TOBB General Administrative Board, TOBB High Council for Strategy Development, and TOBB High Coordination Council was held at the TOBB Twin Towers, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and attended by Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), participated in the Youth Employment Initiative-Power Promotion Program held at the Beştepe National Congress and Culture Center with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.​

The heads of civil society organizations forming the Turkish side of the Türkiye-EU Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) gathered at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. ​
