TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Bingöl Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Mahmut Ayas. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his March 8th World Women's Day address, stated that the most developed civilizations of the world are the societies that give women the highest value and believe in their power.​

The “Producing Turkey Speaks” meetings will explain the incentives given by the government to the business world to entrepreneurs of 12 provinces. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that the government has taken new steps to support employment, trade, industry, agriculture; stating that they would like the whole business world to be aware of these and to benefit from them.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Yahyalı Chamber of Commerce Chairman Ahmet Koyuncu, Council Chair Adnan Aydin and the accompanying delegation at his office. ​

In Pakistan's capital Islamabad for the 22nd Executive Committee Meeting of Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO -CCI), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the delegation accompanying him visited Turkey’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Ambassador Sadık Babür Girgin. ​

In Pakistan's capital Islamabad for the 22nd Executive Committee Meeting of Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO -CCI), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the delegation accompanying him was received by Pakistani Finance Minister Senator Muhammet Ishaq Dar. ​

In Pakistan's capital Islamabad for the 22nd Executive Committee Meeting of Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO -CCI), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Board Member Selçuk Öztürk and the delegation accompanying them were received by Mamnoon Hussain, the President of Pakistan.​

Speaking at the meeting of ECO-CCI members Turkey, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, TOBB President and ECO - CCI Board Member M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized need for cooperation in the region. Hisarcıklıoğlu urged abolishing protectionist policies of ECO countries; that visas be lifted; ECOTA and arbitration are put into practice; transportation is made safe and fast.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the Turkey-Uzbekistan Round Table Meeting attended by Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister Azimov, gave a message of determination to increase trade between the two countries. Hisarcıklıoğlu said that they regard Turkey and Uzbekistan as key countries in terms of peace and prosperity of a common geography and that increasing economic relations is very important for the whole region.​

Kosovo Chamber of Commerce Chairman Safet Gerxhaliu and members of the Board accompanying him visited TOBB. During the business luncheon hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu also present in addition to the visiting delegation were TOBB Board Member Hakan Ülken, Turkey’s Ambassador to Kosovo Avni Sipahiu, former Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Kutbettin Arzu, GTİ Co. Inc. Board Chairman Arif Parmaksız, TOBB ETU Hospital Board Chair Şadan Eren, Kosovo Honorary Consul Alihan Karacan and Turkish private sector representatives with investments in Kosovo.​
