TOBB University establishing medical faculty

Chairman of the Private TOBB ETU Hospital Mustafa Şadan Eren reported that a medical faculty would be established, affiliated with the TOBB University of Economy and Technology.
Meeting health journalists at the Private TOBB ETU Hospital, Eren stated the Council of Ministers’ decision for the establishment of a medical faculty as part of the TOBB University of Economy and Technology was published on the 11th of January in the Official Gazette.
Stating that the site for the hospital is yet to be determined, Eren stated that the Private TOBB ETU Hospital would continue to render services as a boutique hospital.
Eren said, “Our goal is to establish a faculty that will compete on a global level. We plan to start classes with 25-30 students at first. We will be competitive.”
