Turkish – German Chamber of Commerce and Industry at TOBB
The TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Turkish – German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TATSO – TD-IHK) Board members for a business lunch. TD-IHK President Dr. Rainhardt Freiherr von Leoprechting, Board Members Engin Koyuncu, Adem Çalır, Dr. Emin Cezairli, Bahattin Kaya, Aydoğan Koç, Aleksandar Medjedovic and Secretary General of the TD-IHK Suat Bakır attended the lunch.

Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mehmet Teymur has passed away
Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mehmet Teymur has passed away due to a heart attack. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that he viewed the passing of Teymur, who had been presiding over the Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 40 years, with great sadness, “We have learned of our dear brother Mehmet Teymur with deep sadness. I pray for the grace of Allah upon the deceased and present my condolences to his family, loved ones and the business world. Mr. Teymur will be remembered with respect for his contributions to the business world.”

The Black Sea Region Chamber and Exchange Presidents convened at TOBB Union Center
The Black Sea Region Consultation Meeting was held in the TOBB Union Center with TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presiding.
The meeting, during which developments in the region were assessed, focused on national and global economic developments. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the consultation meetings for the year would conclude with the Black Sea Region and exchanged views and ideas with the region’s Chamber and Exchange Presidents.

The Mediterranean Region Chamber and Exchange Presidents met at TOBB
The Mediterranean Region Consultation Meeting was held in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Union Center. During the meeting, held with The TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presiding, troubles of the region and proposed solutions as well as national and global economic developments were discussed.
