Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), celebrated “Insurance Week,” in which events are held during last week of May every year in order to increase the awareness in regards to insurance throughout the country.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his Ramadan address, “I pray that this blessed month, in which prayers and worship becomes even more meaningful, will bring prosperity to all people, especially the Muslim world.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the 2nd Highways, Bridges and Tunnels Special Fair held at ATO Congresium.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who responded affirmatively to the call of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during the 73rd TOBB General Assembly, said that they took an important responsibility in his statement on the matter.​

The 73rd General Assembly of TOBB was held with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said at the inauguration of the General Assembly, “This is a time for solidarity and a focus on the future for a stronger Turkey. Today is the time to build a much more beautiful tomorrow for Turkey.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the TOBB Honorable Service Certificate and Plaque Ceremony, said, “We were never of the mindset for doing enough to get by. We have always and still work for more production, investment, employment and exports.”​

Lead by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu on occasion of the 73rd TOBB General Assembly, TOBB Executive Board, Councils, chambers, commodity exchange presidents and delegates visited Anıtkabir, standing to attention in the presence of Atatürk.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the Fenerbahçe Men's Basketball Team which won championship at the THY Euroleague Final Four.​

Speaking at the opening of the new service building of the Elazığ Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Governor Murat Zorluoğlu Conference Hall, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that the government has provided significant supports for employment and emphasized that they’ve employed a million new people in 4 months.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Haji Sıdıka Dumandağ Quran Course Dorm and Elazığ Commodity Exchange’s new bazaar area. He stated that they’ve provided more than a million jobs in 4 months and that the target employment will be reached by the end of the year.​
