TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the 2nd Highways, Bridges and Tunnels Special Fair held at ATO Congresium.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu, who visited the booths at the fair and received information about his work, also gave information about opportunities and possibilities offered by the government and TOBB for the business world.
