TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu participating in the Mustafa Kemalpaşa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Award Ceremony, emphasized that the future of the county is brighter and stated that Mustafakemalpaşa CCI, which has acquired geographical marker for cheese dessert, stands up for its values and brands.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarciklioglu, speaking at the Karacabey Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Commerce Exchange Joint Award Ceremony, stated that it is impossible to identify all problems and developments by staying in Ankara. Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that when the Istanbul-İzmir highway is completed, Karacabey will be able to reach İstanbul in 1.5 hours and İzmir in 2 hours and that “Karacabey will become a neighboring city to Istanbul. At that time, there will also be a great advantage in the sale of Karacabey's agricultural products. As the logistics costs will decrease, the companies that want to invest will prefer Karacabey. Investments will focus here. Karacabey will be a center of attraction for investors.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Gemlik Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Kemal Akıt at his office during his trip through Yenişehir, Gemlik, Karacabey and Mustafakemalpaşa districts and met with members of the Board of Directors and Council. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu, who was in consultation with the representatives of business districts of the province, received information about their works.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, participating in the Gemlik Commodity Exchange Opening and Award Ceremony, announced that the laboratory will strengthen the brand image and standards of Gemlik olives. Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed that they would like to thank Gemlik's entrepreneurs who added value to agriculture and animal husbandry.​

Speaking at the award ceremony of the Bursa Yenişehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Yenişehir CCI), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the problems can only be solved through unity and solidarity and that Yenişehir has become a gate to Anatolia and Europe for Bursa.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of the new service building of the Bursa Yenişehir Commodity Exchange. Hisarcıklıoğlu, who visited the new service building, received information from Yenişehir Commodity Exchange Chair Saim Bolaca and consulted with members of the council. ​

TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu participated in the “Economic Future of the Industrial City of Karabük” consultation meeting organized by the Karabük Chamber of Commerce and Industry and provided information about the Karabük and Turkey economy.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu started by asking council members at the consultation meeting held at the Safranbolu Chamber of Commerce and Industry to pray for the soldiers who lost their lives in Operation Olive Branch in Afrin and Safranbolu martyr Ömer Bilal Akpınar.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, participating in the Ereğli Economy Stars Award Ceremony organized by the Ereğli Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, “We have our five braves. It is my hope that Turkey will prototype its domestic car by 2019.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his speech at the Alaplı Economics Value Awards Ceremony organized by Alaplı Chamber of Commerce and Industry, “We will start a second run of the TOBB Respite Credit with the Prime Minister, after March 15th, and hopefully we will get secure access to credit for our members. There is a lack of information, so I will tell you that there is no need to apply to the Credit Guarantee Fund. You can complete all necessary work through the bank.”​
