Second module of training of trainers has been completed to support disaster resilience and business continuity

Within the scope of the efforts initiated by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) to raise awareness of possible disasters for them and their members, “Disaster Resilience” trainings, the second module of the Training of Trainers to Support Disaster Resilience and Business Continuity, which started with selected chambers as pilots in cooperation with Google and Idema, were also completed.​

Domestic Goods Certificate Approved in February 2021 Increased by 38% Compared to February 2020

According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35), prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1,616 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in February 2021.​

Zeki Kıvanç participated in the “Enerjisa, the Energy of My Business” webinar

Zeki Kıvanç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), participated in the “Energy of My Business” webinar, moderated by Prof. Dr. Emre Alkın, where presentations on energy efficiency legislation, solar energy technologies and applications, energy efficiency systems, green energy certification and project finance were discussed.​

Education sector pleased with opening of schools

The Meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Education Council was held via video conference under the chairmanship of TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, General Manager of Special Education Institutions of the Ministry of National Education Dr. Muammer Yıldız, Education Policy Department Head Vedat Kuşgözoğlu, Schools Department Head Murat Adalı, Widespread Education and Housing Services Department Chairman Ceyhun Ay.​

In February 2021, the Number of Industrial Capacity Reports increased by 10.5% compared to February 2020

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in February 2021 increased by 383 (10.5%) to 4,015 compared to February 2020.​

A meeting was held with the participants of the Ministry of National Education, TOBB and TOBB ETU to evaluate the work carried out within the scope of the Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol. ​

Training of trainers has begun to support disaster resilience and business continuity

Within the scope of the efforts initiated by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), to raise awareness of possible disasters for the Chambers/Exchanges and their members, has started the Training of Trainers to Support Disaster Resilience and Business Continuity Project with selected pilot chambers in cooperation with Google&Idema. Within the scope of digital resilience, which is the first module, training was given on the Basics of Digital Marketing, Introduction of Google Workspace (Gsuite) Products, Data Collection, Google My Business, Google Ads, Introduction of Google Analytics Products. ​
