Releasing a message regarding the 168th anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Police Department, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that police are the fundamental basis of social security and said, “If law and order are to exist, the police are vital to the process. The mechanism to solve the bad cheque problem has been introduced
Attending the Joint Award Ceremony for the Business people Adding Value to Karaman, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of TOBB, said the system that would reduce the risk in time bargains had been introduced and told that it was possible to see the commercial background and payments of the counter party before selling goods on a forward payment basis, and thus, to decide whether to trade or not.
