Participating in the Value Contributors of Sivas Award Ceremony, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We can overcome all difficulties through unity and solidarity so long as we do not marginalize each other.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Aselsan Sivas Precision Optics Inc. Facility which produces high-tech lenses and precision optical sights for the Turkish Armed Forces. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “I am very proud on behalf of my country. I congratulate Osman Yıldırım, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and all the executives and employees.” ​

The Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a surprise even during the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu’s Sivas program, named its protocol lounge after Hisarcıklıoğlu. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, conducting the opening of the hall, expressed his thanks all the Sivas business community including Mustafa Eken, the President of Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Board of Directors of Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the inauguration ceremony of the Sivas Commodity Exchange Agricultural Products Analysis Laboratory. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Sivas Commodity Exchange has realized a visionary project and expressed his wishes that the facility would serve the producers of Sivas well. Hisarcıklıoğlu then visited the laboratory and received information from the authorities. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu conducted the opening of the painting exhibition organized by the Sivas Women Entrepreneurs Board. Later on, Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the exhibition and received information about the artworks and said that he is following the works of women entrepreneurs with admiration. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with the delegation accompanying him, visited Sivas Mayor Hilmi Bilgin at his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Live Animal Market and Hay Exchange Construction and Management Protocol Signing Ceremony in Sivas. Expressing their gratitude for the hospitality of Sivas at the ceremony which took place at the Sivas Governorship Hasan Canpolat Conference Hall, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the project, the protocol of which is being signed has been a dream of the Sivas Commodity Exchange for years.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, accompanied by his delegation, visited Sivas Governor Ayhan Salih at his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 3rd Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in Nicosia (TRNC) Investment Advisory Council meeting. TRNC Prime Minister Ersin Tatar and Vice President Fuat Oktay also made evaluations at the meeting. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his address at the Turkey-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum’s 1st Economics Conference, stated that they work together as Turkey and the TRNC business communities and that they want to share their experiences.​
