The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with young entrepreneurs at the Start-Up for all Weekend event at the Adana Entrepreneurship Center, of which Adana Chamber of Commerce and Adana Chamber of Industry are founding members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu has been reelected as Honorary President of the International Silk Road Chamber of Commerce at the 9th General Assembly and Board meetings of the International Silk Road Chamber of Commerce (SRCIC) held in Xi'an, China.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that a difficult and new era has begun for Turkey-EU relations, accession negotiations have stopped, and that the Customs Union is no longer talked about.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Treasury and Finance Minister Berat Albayrak and consulted on developments in the economy and the problems of the sectors. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the meeting of the Board of Directors of Ankara International Fairs and Congress Inc.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Gaziantep Commodity Exchange. He consulted with Gaziantep Commodity Exchange President Mehmet Akıncı and council members. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Stars of Gaziantep Award Ceremony and presented awards to the industrialists who gave strength to the city's economy. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, expressed his support for Gaziantep Chamber of Industry’s ' industry transformation begins' campaign and tweeted on the issue.​

As a part of his Gaziantep itinerary, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the production facilities of AJK Textile Marketing Inc., which manufactures natural silk fabrics under the name Kutnia, established under the initiative of Jülide Konukoğlu. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening of the Shoe and Shoe Subsidiary Industry Fair (GAPSHOES) as a part of his Gaziantep itinerary, toured the fair and received information about the products.​

Attending the opening of the Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, stressed the importance of the mediation system, “We as the Chamber-Commodity Exchange community give our full support to this system. We make great efforts to spread it in the business world. We open Mediation and Arbitration Centers in our chambers. In this way, our business world will resolve its disputes, both faster and cheaper.”​
