The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu who participated in the Final and Award Ceremony Program of the Women Writing the Future project in collaboration with TOBB, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council and Turkcell, urged women to encourage their children to become entrepreneurs. “Success has no gender. The economy does not have gender," Hisarcıklıoğlu said, pointing out that women will still have the biggest share in breaking down their prejudices against women.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of (TOBB) President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of TOBB University of Economics and Technology (ETU) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu published a message on the occasion of November 24th Teachers' Day, stating that teaching is one of the most honorable professions, adding, “Our teachers who prepare our children for the future are the architects who design the world of tomorrow.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Congressmen's Information Seminar. Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a message of unity and unity to the members of parliament in his speech here, “Never alienate each other.”​

Speaking at the Turkey-Kyrgyzstan Business Forum, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that there should be no barriers to trade between the two sister countries; stressing that they want to increase the volume of bilateral trade as the business community.​

Environment and Urban Development Minister Murat Kurum attended the working luncheon hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. During the meeting, topics related to spatial strategy planning and urbanism were discussed. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Women Entrepreneurs Council Executive Committee Presidents and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council members convened, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan also attended the meeting at the TOBB twin Towers.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrated The World Women Entrepreneurs' Day of women entrepreneurs at the Central Anatolia Region Chamber/Commodity Exchange Consultative Meeting, which he attended in Kayseri.​
