TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Minister of National Education Nabi Avcı at the business lunch held at TOBB.​

During the meeting hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and attended by Food, Agriculture and Livestock Farming Minister Faruk Çelik, licensed warehousing and product specialized exchanges as well as modern agriculture market issues were discussed.​

The business luncheon held by TOBB and the US Chamber of Commerce with the attendances of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Economy Minister Mustafa Elitaş in Washington DC.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the meeting the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held with the directors of prominent US companies.​

US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Michael Lally and the delegation accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

EUROCHAMBRES Vice President and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his press release regarding the terror attacks which took place in Brussels, stated that they stand against all forms of terror and that all humanity must adopt a unified stance against these abominable attacks.​​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in message regarding the bomb attack which took place in İstanbul, stated that the attack and those like it in recent history will never attain their goals; he condemned terror and those who support it.​

In his press release regarding the March 18th Martyrs’ Commemoration Day and the 101st Anniversary of the Çanakkale Naval Victory, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “One of the most important turning points of our history, the Çanakkale Naval Victory, is the best example of national unity and solidarity.” Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his message:​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in a press release regarding the terror attack which took place in Ankara, referring to the attack as a disgraceful incident for humanity, “This heinous attack in the capital is an attack on the lives of innocents as well as the unity and solidarity of our country.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his March 14th Medicine Day that all humanity is indebted to the practitioners of the medical profession. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We can never repay doctors and medical sector workers who serve humanity with their accumulated experience and knowledge gained through hard work from studying night and day.”​
