Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the wedding of Zeynep Kübra, the daughter of TOBB General Administration Board Member and Niğde former deputy Erdoğan Özegen and Mahmut Musa Karabulutlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the Özegen and Karabulutlu families and wished the young couple happiness.​
