TİG payment system will also cover private hospitals after 2012
The structural work and training for the TİG system, which calculates the budget needs for permanent illnesses encoded on the system per patient for hospitals, in the hospitals working with the Social Security Institution (SSK) are still ongoing. One of the most important things needed in order to ensure that the systems works properly is personnel who can encode for the system in hospitals.

Travel Agencies and Guides Council assess the situation in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya
Turkish Travel Agencies and Guides Council came together with the attendance of TOBB Board Vice-President Halim Mete at TOBB Istanbul Service Building.
With Council President Başaran Ulusoy presiding, the emerging situation in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya was assessed as well as the possible double reservations for the 2011 tourism period and the possible precautions and solutions.

Food and beverage sectors unite forces
TOBB Turkey Food and Beverage Industry Councils came together in a joint meeting. The meeting, taking place in TOBB Istanbul Service Building, was presided by Turkey Beverage Industry Council President Feyhan Yaşar and Turkey Food Industry Council President Necdet Buzbaş and emphasized the importance of strengthening bonds between the sector councils.

Beverage Sector establishes ‘Consumer Awareness Platform’
TOBB Turkey Beverage Industry Council met in TOBB’s Istanbul Service Building. The meeting wherein the suggestion to form a Consumer Awareness Platform was discussed, concluded with the decision to form a team of five and establish a business program.
