Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The ceremony which took place at Bartın TSO was attended by Bartın TSO Chair Cihat Çakır, Vice Presidents Sami Karakaş, Halil Balık and board member Özcan Yaz.

Speaking at the ceremony Cihat Çakır touched on the importance of the exams, he stated that Bartın TSO is one of the frontrunners of this new certification effort by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and that they are hard at work to create the necessary infrastructure for vocational proficiency certification.

Reporting that they are primarily engaged in certification for hazardous professions mainly in the construction sector, Çakır pointed out that training and certification would not only increase quality of production but also contribute to preventing workplace accidents.

Afterwards, certificates were presented to those who passed the exam.
