Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

3,459 capacity reports were approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in August.​

TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz attended the “Sustainable Livestock Panel” organized by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO).​

The TOBB Arbitration Council met on 20.09.2017 at the Union Center. At the meeting, the issues on the agenda of the Council were discussed.​

TOBB Turkey Energy Council met with the participation of EPDK President Mustafa Yılmaz.​

Mardin Provincial and District Chambers / Stock exchanges gathered at the Mardin “Dicle (TRC3) Region Geographical Signs Project” Meeting with various organizations. The meeting was held at the Dicle Development Agency Headquarters.​

42,363 people visited the SME Information Site in August 2017. The number of visitors to the site from July 2016 to August 2017 (1 year) was 559,560.​

The number of newly established companies, cooperatives and the number of sole proprietorships increased by 26,91% , 9,46% , 14,71% with respect to the previous month.​

As a part of the analysis efforts by TOBB to develop a new unified software for Commodity Exchanges, a new Commodity Exchange Software Workshop was held at the TOBB Twin Towers.​

The “Turkey-Kuwait Business Forum” was held in İstanbul in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry to evaluate bilateral cooperation and investment opportunities between Turkey and Kuwait.​

As per the International Passenger and Goods Carriage Agreement signed between the Republic of Turkey and the People's Republic of China, the Technical Road Transportation Fair was held on 7th and 8th of September, 2017, in Beijing.​
