It was underlined that in terms of delivery order fee, according to the research by World Bank in Turkey the payable document charge is 6 times more than richer countries where business feasibility is higher and such circumstance is a negative parameter that effect country’s worldwide ranking. It was urge upon the necessity of abolishing that fee.
