Hisarcıklıoğlu, thanking the Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry for their understanding of loyalty, said, “There are no riches in holding these offices. This is an office for giving, not taking. Whichever position you serve, this authority demands sacrifice from your family, your co-workers, your friends, your business. I would like to thank all the presidents and management members who have served, from the past to the present.”

Stating that the Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Van Commodity Exchange serve Van admirably, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Commodity Exchange serve on the same standards with those in the most developed countries of the world. Both are certified by the international accreditation body and are included among 5-star chambers and stock exchanges. I congratulate both.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu said, pointing out the unity in the hall, “There is unity and solidarity. With Unity and solidarity, there is grace and prosperity. What has happened in Van and Turkey in the last 8 years? The increase in employment in Turkey in the last 8 years is 56%; 90% in Van. The new establishments in Turkey is 49%; 107% in Van. Exports increased by 8% in Turkey; 199% in Van. Who did this? You did. The audience in this hall did it.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that while the amount of the bonds that were protested in Turkey in the last year rose by 22%, the amount in Van decreased by 24% between the January of last year and January of this year. As long as your unity and solidarity persists, Allah's blessings will be upon you.”
